The staff here made me feel COMPLETELY COMFORTABLE, they were SO POLITE, explained what procedures I would be getting that BEST fit me and broke down the timelines of recovery for each procedure. I was/am HIGHLY satisfied and impressed with how I was treated here!

I had a very Bad toothache and they were able to work me in for the dentist to see me. I so appreciated Anita calling me when they had a cancellationand then taking care of me.

Very considerate to their patients and try to make your visit as pleasant as possible. The staff are very pleasant and professional. Dr. Kaur is great.

I don’t usually write reviews like this, but this experience deserves it.Every single person I interacted with went far beyond what I expected. From the very beginning, Amy at the front desk set the tone; she not only helped me get scheduled, but actually called me when there was a cancellation so I could be seen sooner. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare these days, and it didn’t go unnoticed.Dr. Kaur was just as impressive. She came in right on time, didn’t leave me sitting and wondering, and immediately brought a calm, focused presence with her. She spoke to me like a real person, and within minutes had clearly identified what was going on. There was a quiet confidence in the way she carried herself, you could tell she knew exactly what she was looking at without needing to make a big show of it. She didn’t just diagnose the issue she took the time to explain why we were doing what we were doing. That level of clarity and respect makes a huge difference.And then there’s Jessica, the dental hygienist, who truly took it from there and handled everything with incredible skill and care. She had already done my X-rays (and handled my very caffeinated energy like a pro 😂), but what stood out most was how attentive she was the entire time. She consistently checked on my comfort, and you could tell it genuinely mattered to her.I’ve had plenty of dental work done, and I can honestly say I’ve never experienced numbing like that before.I didn’t even feel the second injection. That’s not luck, that’s skill.What really made the experience stand out, though, was how she communicated throughout the procedure. She walked me through each step, even small things like letting me know when water was coming. That might sound simple, but when you’re in a new place and someone is working in your mouth, that kind of communication makes all the difference. It genuinely helped calm my nerves. That’s what high-level patient care looks like not just fixing the problem, but making sure the person in the chair actually feels safe while it’s happening.The entire team was outstanding. I happened to spend the most time with Jessica, so I have more to say there but truly, everyone I encountered was phenomenal.I’ve already scheduled my next appointment, and that probably says everything.

first timer at perfect smiles, pleased to say i had a great experience! the dental assistants & doctor were very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. as someone who doesn’t visit the dentist as often as i’d like, the woman looking at my x-rays and at my teeth was very friendly and didn’t judge the state of my teeth and made me feel comfortable about the work i need! great appointment!

I have been going to Perfect Smiles for 28 years and have always received exceptional care. Dr. Mallory and Telka took amazing care of my teeth for many years and always greeted me with a smile and a genuine interest in me and my family.Now Jasminder and Chelsea have continued that same tradition of care and kindness. I’m always welcomed with a smile and a wave, and every visit feels more like catching up with friends than going to the dentist.I truly appreciate the professionalism, warmth, and consistency this office provides. I truly enjoyed my experience at Perfect Smiles. Dr. Kaur and her dental hygienists, Jessica and Chelsea, were outstanding and extremely informative. It is clear that they genuinely care about their patients and oral health. The office is very clean and well maintained, and the entire staff including the receptionists are exceptionally kind and welcoming. I am actually looking forward to returning soon for my teeth whitening appointment. I also appreciate that the office is proactive in notifying patients of cancellations when they become available. Their pricing is very reasonable, and they do not take advantage of patients financially, which is very important to me. I would highly recommend Perfect Smiles.

Dr.Kaur is excellent and compassionate. It was worth the hour drive to see her. I'm very particular about my dental care. She met all my needs and did excellent work replacing a filling that had chipped. Dr. Kaur and her entire staff are very professional. I'm very pleased with her work and my experience.

I highly recommend Perfect Smiles its, Absolutely the best dentist office staff, Hygienist Chelsea and Dr Kaur and her staff are the best. They listen and take the time with you which is so important. They are more like family to me. You must go and find out for yourself, just how great they are. Absolutely a wonderful group of people. From the time they check you in until you leave. Very helpful, caring, and very patient. They make sure you are comfortable and understand the process of care. First time coming here was yesterday and I love how real the dentist and the crew are with you. To step in and they automatically start helping me and telling me what I need to do. I can’t wait till my teeth are how I’ve pictured wanting them and I know coming here was a great choice!! Thank you all! Everyone was so nice that I spoke with. I have always been terrified of the dentist and I felt at ease.

I had very pleasant experience the staff are wonderful. They all made me feel like I was a real person .I was very nervous Goin to dentist had bad teeth that hurt ...they scheduled me the next day as soon they could and diagnosed my problem and well discussed what options I had fr treatment. I recommend this dentist to anyone looking for affordable dental care they took my insurance that help soo much it was the third place I contacted glad got them.

This is the best dentist in Danville va. The lady's are the best. They work with you and dont go above what you want or need. They let you know the best way to take care of you and your teeth. This is the only dentist I will ever see. Their the best.
